Mantras are repeated words, phrases, or sounds that help reformat your thinking. Using mantras as a form of meditation allows you to be be mindful and present as you begin to truly believe the words you use in your mantra.
Mantras for your highest good would be something similar to what is listed below. Take time to really fell and believe the words as you say them. Only use one mantra at a time and give yourself at least one week before changing the mantra to a new one.
- I am open to any and all things that are in my life for my highest good.
- I reject completely any person or situation that is not in my life for my highest good.
- I release any emotions that I am holding onto that do no serve my highest good.
- I release any thoughts that prevent me from embracing the highest good in my life.
Mindfulness
Being mindful is being aware of your thoughts and feelings but not giving into them. It provides you a place to be objective in why you may react in certain ways or find yourself in certain situations. To start being mindful you start be taking time to notice your breath and any tension in your body. As you progress you will begin to notice your thought patterns. Many times those thought patterns might not serve you and your highest good. If you are not sure if you are self sabotaging your life, try being more mindful of your thoughts and reactions to your environment.
